LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop for a Special Cause

Every quarter, I host ONE selected LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop dedicated to supporting a special cause or charity.

This is an opportunity for organisations, teams, or communities to experience the power of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY while contributing to a meaningful initiative.

Up to 100 participants can join online for a hands-on, engaging session that fosters creativity, collaboration, and deep thinking.

How to Submit Your Interest

If you or your organisation would like to host a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshop to support a special cause, you can submit your interest HERE. Each submission will be carefully reviewed, and one initiative will be selected per quarter.

Example: Goal Setting with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY

In a recent online LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshop that I hosted for Connecting Humans as part of their #FrauenStärken Working Out Loud® programme, more than 70 participants explored their personal goals through structured LEGO® activities in exchange for a 10 EUR ticket.

The workshop was not only a powerful experience for the attendees but also raised funds for Hacker School Hamburg, supporting their mission to teach young people coding and digital skills.

“This was my first Lego Serious Play workshop. What a great way to create collaboration, reflection, exposure to new ideas and strategies. Thank you Andrea for such an inspiring and fun 2 hours!”

Corinna (Berlin)

“My creation from the workshop is now on my desk and keeps reminding me to focus on my goal.”

Gabriele (Cologne)

“The freedom to create and discuss with strangers was unexpectedly quite comfortable, the group felt safe and positive.”

Vivian (Canberra)

Why am I doing this?

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY has been a game-changer in my work with teams and organisations.

It fosters creativity, problem-solving, and meaningful discussions—things I believe should be a bigger part of the professional world.

This initiative is my way of giving back, using my skills and passion to let people play mindfully with LEGO whilst supporting great causes for Mental Health, Cancer Awareness, Families and Young People.

I look forward to seeing the inspiring initiatives that come forward and to co-creating a powerful LEGO SERIOUS PLAY experience together!
